Ad Banner Remover only supports the US versions of Yahoo Messenger.

Also keep in mind that there is two parts to getting the main messenger ad removed.

1. It patches the YahooMessenger.exe

2. It enters a registry value into HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\yahoo\pager\YUrl ( ValueName "Messenger Ad" with a ValueData "*" )

So if the registry value is edited to something else or is deleted you will see the ad again.
